Location: Park North is an attached townhome community of 18 homes. It is located near the intersection of Shiloh Road and Buckingham Road just minutes from Bush Turnpike (Hwy 190). It is situated directly across from Holford Park.

Monthly Assessment: The assessment amount is $85.00 per month. It is due on the first of each month and late after the tenth. Late fees apply after thirty days. Please set-up payments automatically through your own bank's bill payment service to arrive before the 10th of each month to avoid late fees. In an effort to reduce administrative costs, PNHOA does not mail monthly statements or provide a coupon payment system.
