Amenities: The common areas are located at 3838 Mars Drive and include a swimming pool, wading pool, pavilion with kitchenette, sand volleyball court, playground with swing sets and climbing structures, picnic tables and charcoal grills, soccer goals and an open area for sports enjoyment. These amenities belong to Valley Creek North HOA members and are exclusively for use by members and their guests.

Semi-Annual Assessments: $180.00 due on the 1st of January and the 1st of July.
