ACCOUNTING SERVICES

Village Association Management provides a great deal of administrative support to assist board members in record keeping and stewarding HOA financial resources. Comprehensive monthly reports are provided in a timely manner. We pay contractors on time as well as use cost effective methods of collection of delinquent accounts. Our fee-simple approach assures predictable budgeting for management and administrative expenses.

COVENANT ENFORCEMENT 

Dependable and organized DCCR enforcement promotes harmony between neighbors by assuring that the use restrictions and neighborhood standards are upheld. Our community association managers are the liaison between the board of directors and residents to help remedy violations before they escalate.

 

COMMON AREA MAINTENANCE

Village Association Management oversees HOA contractors to assure job specifications are completed the the expectations of the board of directors so that common areas are well maintained. We also supervise the HOA's seasonal staff to keep the amenities in good shape and available to eligible members.

HOA MEETINGS

Village Association Management association managers attend your board meetings in person, by conference call or video conference.

We assist in running meetings efficiently by reporting on all HOA activities, advising on general legalities and preparing for annual meetings of the members.

RESALE CERTIFICATES

For resale certificates, please email info@villagemgmt.com. Please provide the property address, names of the seller and buyer and your closing date. We'll send an invoice for the upfront fee along with additional information.

This service includes the form "SUBDIVISION INFORMATION, INCLUDING RESALE CERTIFICATE FOR PROPERTY SUBJECT TO MANDATORY MEMBERSHIP IN AN OWNERS’ ASSOCIATION", along with a visual inspection of the property to communicate any existing maintenance violations, provision of governing documents and required HOA disclosures to make sure that buyer's are fully aware of HOA use restrictions.
